Davy to perform on home soil later this year?

Manx blues-rock guitarist Davy Knowles is hoping to be back in the Isle of Man for Christmas to perform.

The musician, who lives in America, was in Douglas on Monday to play at the Villa Marina during the Commonwealth Youth Games closing ceremony.

He wrote the official anthem for the games, Reach Higher, which he played to a delighted audience.

The last time Davy performed on the Island was at the Garden Party festival during the summer, and he says he has been very busy since then:
