First gold goes to England

The first gold medal of the Commonwealth Youth Games has gone to England.

The English women's gymnastics team of Abi Caig, Charlie Fellows and Rebecca Tunney put on a stunning display at the Manx Gymnastics Centre of Excellence to finish with 159 points.

The Welsh team were second with 156 and Australia 3rd on 148.85.

Speaking to Manx Radio's Games Station after the event, Rebecca Tunney said even though they were favourites she didn't feel under too much pressure:
