ACCOUNTANCY firm PwC has appointed Kevin Cowley as a tax partner.
Kevin was born and raised in the Isle of Man before leaving to attend university in the UK. He later returned to the Island to take his chartered accountancy qualification before specialising in tax and subsequently qualifying as a chartered tax advisor in 2000.
He initially joined PwC in London before returning to the Isle of Man to focus on developing Isle of Man tax practice and over the course of his career Kevin has advised on many areas of taxation with a particular emphasis on the structuring of offshore funds and real estate transactions.
Ian Clague, senior partner at PwC, said: "Kevin's admission to the partnership of PwC in the Isle of Man demonstrates the growth and success of the tax practice in recent years.
