The executive director of the Small Countries Financial Management Programme says delegates are 'blown away' by the Isle of Man.
Twenty four senior officials from central banks and finance ministries in some of the world smallest countries have been meeting at the International Business School over the last few days.
It's the third time they've congregated on the Island and will remain here until early next week.
Tim Cullen says all the participants are from very poor countries but many face the same pressures as the Isle of Man.
