Geordies look to go top

by isleofman.com 27th August 2011

Champions St George's have a golden opportunity to go to the top of the Canada Life International Premier League this afternoon (Saturday).

Old Boys currently head the table but have the weekend off, while Geordies are at home to Castletown at Glencrutchery Road.

Laxey, the only other side with a 100 per cent winning record in the top flight, entertain Peel at Glen Road.

It's a similar story in JCK Division Two.

Leaders Marown are without a fixture today, so Union Mills would go to the summit with a win or draw at home to Michael.
