Decent times in final evening session

The final evening practice session has been held, ahead of Saturday's opening race in the 2011 Manx Grand Prix.

Conditions on the mountain course were described as 'pretty good', and some decent times were posted.

Here's Chris Kinley's summary of Friday's action, beginning with the Newcomers (listen to audio file below):

Racing in the Manx Grand Prix gets under way on Saturday evening, with the three-lap Newcomers race.

There will be full, live commentary on Manx Radio's AM 1368 service from 5pm, with racing due to start half an hour later.

The Newcomers race will be followed by a practice session.
