An Australian tourist walked free from court this afternoon (Friday) after being cleared of causing death by dangerous driving.

Craig Waghorn was charged following a fatal collision at the Fairybridge on the Monday of TT week.

Ballasalla motorcyclist Robert Kneale, 65, lost his life in the accident.
