Youngest candidate would bring 'new ideas'

The youngest general election candidate to come forward so far says he could bring a fresh, new perspective to Manx politics.

Lawrie Hooper, a 24-year-old accountant, is standing in Ramsey.

On Mandate today (Friday), he told James Davies about the qualities which he thought would make him a good MHK (listen to audio file below):

The other candidates in Ramsey are outgoing MHKs Allan Bell and Anne Craine, Linda Bowers-Kasch, John McDonough and Leonard Singer.
