'Government needs communication lessons'

by isleofman.com 25th August 2011

Paul Moulton is standing for election in East Douglas, having officially declared his intention earlier this week.

There are five other candidates for the two seats in East Douglas, namely John Karran, Richard Kissack and Geraldine O'Neill, and outgoing members Brenda Cannell and Chris Robertshaw.
