Candidate stresses importance of challenge

The Isle of Man's government needs to be constructively challenged, or democracy will be diluted.

That's the belief of the Liberal Vannin candidate for Ramsey Linda Bowers-Kasch.

Ms Bowers-Kasch, a former vice president of Barclays Wealth, says opposition should be viewed positively (listen to audio file below):

The other people who have declared in Ramsey so far are outgoing MHKs Allan Bell and Anne Craine, and two other challengers, John McDonough and Leonard Singer.
