The Vikings are coming to Peel!
Today (Saturday) sees the annual World Championship Viking Longboat races, in association with
Royal London 360 and Manx Radio .
The event has been held since 1963 and sees teams of ten oarsmen and women race to complete an 'out and back course' in the fastest times.
Over 70 teams have entered this year's races, including Manx Radio's own Allstars.
