Extra tram services for Snaefell dinners

by isleofman.com 18th August 2011

It's hoped more people will be able to eat their dinner at the top of the Isle of Man's only mountain!

Extra trams and buses are being put on to make it easier for anyone from the north and west of the Island to have a sunset dinner at the Snaefell Summit Hotel.

The hotel has recently been refurbished, and Leisure Minister David Cretney says the evenings are proving very popular with 85 people at the last dinner in July.

He hopes that adding a tram service from Ramsey will provide more convenient travel with greater availability.
