CELTON Manx Ltd will relocate its headquarters from Castletown to Douglas next month.
Since 2008 the Celton Group has been based in the ancient capital of the Island but will move to a purpose built development on the Isle of Man Business Park.
Executive director Bill Mummery picked up the keys from Seamus Nugent, the managing director of Dandara, last week.
He said: "After almost 18 months of working closely with Seamus and the team at Dandara I am delighted to accept the keys to our fantastic new headquarters. It has been a pleasure to work with them on this project which has produced a global business headquarters that we are extremely proud of.
"We are extremely proud to have established our global headquarters in the Isle of Man and to operate in such as well-regulated and internationally recognised jurisdiction. It is also particularly pleasing to work with so many well established Manx companies - they have delivered a world-class facility.
"Our new headquarters will give us the space and technological infrastructure we need to continue to grow our operation from the Isle of Man and although we are saddened to be leaving Castletown I am very much looking forward to our new home in Braddan."
Seamus added: "I am very pleased to be able to hand over the keys to the finished Celton Manx global headquarters. We have enjoyed providing a bespoke facility to meet the exacting needs of Celton Manx as it continues to grow and prosper in the Isle of Man. I would like to thank Bill and the team for their ongoing support and wish them all the best for the future."
Celton Manx will relocate in September with an official opening ceremony taking place on Tuesday, September 27.
