'Key services must be spared from cuts'

by isleofman.com 10th August 2011

Health care and education in the Isle of Man should be safeguarded, even at the expense of services provided by other departments.

That's the view of a candidate for Douglas West in next month's general election.

Mr Skinner is currently one of five people who have declared in the two-seat constituency of West Douglas. The others are sitting members Geoff Corkish and John Shimmin, and challengers Martin Moore and Chris Thomas.
