Abacus appoint trust and company supervisor

ABACUS has appointed chartered secretary Steven Long as its new trust and company supervisor.

 

He will be responsible for the management and administration of a portfolio of trusts and companies and will also provide support to the trust manager and client service director.

 

Garry Crossan, client service director, said: "We are delighted to welcome Steven to Abacus and believe that he will prove a valuable member to our team. We persistently work to achieve optimum results for our clients and feel that Steven will fit in well and assist us in maintaining that high level of service for them."

 

Prior to joining Abacus Steven worked in a variety of roles with other local corporate service providers in areas including corporate and personal tax, VAT and accountancy.

 

Commenting on his appointment Steven said: "I am happy to have joined such a dynamic and well known organisation. Abacus is a long established and highly reputable organisation known on and off the Island. I am looking forward to getting to know my clients and their structures whilst playing my part in such a successful company."
