Assess fairness, urges Irish Minister

A senior politician says the Island needs to look closely at how open and transparent its government is.

David Ford is Northern Ireland's Justice Minister - he's been visiting the Island to meet Peter Karran, leader of the Liberal Vannin Party.

Both parties belong to Liberal International - the world federation of progressive political parties.

Mr Ford says small jurisdictions have to be careful make sure everyone gets fair treatment:
