THERE may have been rain at times during the day but there was still fun to be had at the Douglas railway station fun day today (Saturday).

Enthusiasts of all ages enjoyed trips on an open carriage attached to the Hutchinson number 12 locomotive as well as a vintage bus.

And members of the Manx Folk Dance Society danced and played music outside the Ticket Hall.

The event raised money for the Wish Upon A Dream Charity.

There will be another fun day at the station tomorrow (Sunday).
