An army of volunteers are hard at work in Castletown, making final preparations for this year's festival.
Months of planning will ensure the town square is packed with games, stalls, and street entertainment when the event kicks-off, from 1pm tomorrow (Saturday).
There will also be a bonny baby competition, fashion contests and the crowning of the festival queen and princess.
The outdoor party goes on well into the evening, with the unique grand confetti parade, music and dancing and, to round it all off, a fireworks display once it gets dark.

The 55th festival is sponsored by locally-based Celton Manx.
