New recruits join the Skanco team

LOCAL corporate IT supplier Skanco Business Systems Ltd has announced the appointment of another four new personnel to its growing staff.

 

Julie Raybon and Oliver Jones have joined the operations team whilst Kenny Newbold has joined the call centre and Aguinaldo Mangolini the warehouse.

 

The appointments are all to new positions and come as part of a large expansion in Skanco’s business.  Operations manager Andy Gosnell said, “It’s refreshing to have a few new faces in the office. We have a diverse team, each bringing something different to the table. The new members are integrating well within the business and we look forward to a productive time ahead.”

 

The operations team have welcomed Julie Raybon on board. Having attended Ramsey Grammar School and subsequent studies, she now has more than 12 years’ administration experience.

 

She has joined the operations team alongside Oliver Jones. Oliver has a range of skills and qualifications, recently receiving a triple distinction in Edexcel BTEC National Diploma in ITC Practitioners at the Isle of Man College. 

 

After 15 years with the Royal Air Force, Kenny progressed to a career in IT on the Island in 2006. He has a variety of qualifications and will be joining the call centre team.

 

Aguinaldo Mangolini joined Skanco’s warehouse after varied experience working both on the Island and in Brazil.
