Revellers seeking refunds have to wait

A statement from the Office of Fair Trading offers scant comfort for those waiting for refunds from the cancelled Isle of Man Bay Festival.

They say despite repeated requests, they haven't got the information they were after from organisers, Isle of Man Bay Festival Limited.

The OFT admits it will only add to the frustration and concerns of consumers.
