Accountability is key, says candidate

Accountability to Island residents is key, says a candidate standing in September's General Election.

Richard Kissack, who runs a recruitment agency in the capital, is bidding for one of the two seats available in East Douglas.

The Douglas councillor says more dialogue is needed between politicians and the public and that the Island needs more freedom of information.
