Island must take chance to move forward

Whilst the Island is facing difficult times, it also has an opportunity to move forward which it must take.

That's the belief of Richard Ronan, a candidate standing in Castletown this September.

Speaking on Manx Radio, the 48 year old builder and former Castletown Commissioner says he would like to see a change in the local authority system and how government works.

He's also convinced the Island can't afford to dwell on the past
