Peel man faces endurance challenge

A 28 year-old Peel man is busy training for the most gruelling journey of his life.

Paul Unett will set off from Douglas Grandstand next February to cycle around the globe and try and break the world record.

He needs to cycle 18,000 miles in less than five months to succeed.

The architecture student wants to raise funds for Article25, a charity which designs and builds facilities for needy communities around the world.

He says the ultimate endurance challenge will push him to the limit:
