BMW damaged after hit and run collision

POLICE are appealing for information after a blue BMW was damaged after a hit and run road traffic collision.

 

The BMW was parked in the public car park near to the Old Grammar School in Castletown on Friday, July 15.

 

An unknown vehicle has struck the car, between 9am and 5pm, causing a dent and a number of scratches to the front driver's side wheel arch, before leaving the scene without making any effort to stop.

 

PC Lee Wright said: "This is a significant incident to the owner of the vehicle where offences may have been committed with cost implications."
