The MHK behind a probe into the services provided by the BBC is insiting the Isle of Man still isn't getting value for money.
Graham Creegen headed an 18-month review which last week concluded the corporation is short changing the Island by ?1 million a year.
Although the report recommended the Isle of Man should keep the TV licence, it said the Manx people should receive more for its money, particularly increased recognition and better coverage of Island affairs.
The committee would also like to see a greater degree of Manx-based editorial control over the Isle of Man pages of the BBC website.
Mr Cregeen is hopeful for the future (listen to audio file below):
The Council of Ministers will now consider the findings and report back to Tynwald next January.
