Merryweather inquest continues

The inquest of a Laxey man whose body was found on Perwick Beach in the far south of the Island earlier this year is resuming this morning (Friday).

A post mortem revealed 61-year-old Kenneth Merryweather, of Old Laxey Hill, drowned.

His body was discovered by a member of the public on March 20.

The inquest, before coroner John Needham, resumes at 10am at Douglas courthouse.
