THIS week Paddy's has chosen a seafood medley as the Fish of the Week.
All about the seafood medley…
The seafood medley is freshly prepared daily from a selection of fish, smoked fish and shellfish. Ingredients can range from cod, smoked haddock and queenies to salmon and prawns.
Everything is cut into small ready to use pieces and advice is available on how to cook the medley from the staff on the fish counter at Shoprite in Douglas.
To cook simply…
Use in fish pies, soups or try en papillote by using Paddy's seal and cook bags. Try cooking the medley with tarragon and lemon butter and serving with pasta.
Until Sunday, July 17, the seafood medley will be £5.80 per lb. There will also be a sampling session at the Paddy's counter in Shoprite, Victoria Road, Douglas this Saturday.
