Roads starting to re-open in Douglas

SOME roads in Douglas have started to re-open following a serious incident this morning.

 

Barrack Street junction with Lord Street and the Shaws Brow car park are now open.

 

There is also access to the rear of most of the buildings on Athol Street but there is still no access via Upper Church Street.
