A bright purple vanilla ice cream with blue bubble gum ripple, and chocolate candy pieces which pop on your tongue!
It's the brainchild of seven-year-old Anika Colligon of Douglas, whose idea to design a new special flavour impressed judges after they received more than 100 entrants from schools across the Isle of Man.
The new product has now been created by Davison's to mark Children's Week, an initiative which aims to find ways to promote and encourage a happy and a healthy childhood.
Anika and her friends went down to taste it, along with the Children's Centre's community fundraiser Grace Phillips (listen to audio file below):
