Petition calls for more anti-flooding work

One of the petitioners at Tynwald Hill on Tuesday says measures taken by the Manx government to guard against flooding haven't gone far enough.

David Nicholas Sykes from Ramsey says they don't have enough regard for the difference between problems caused by river and tidal action.

He wants more work done to make sure his property is protected:
