Wait nearly over for Isle of Man athletes

The Manx team for September's Commonwealth Youth Games is being announced today (Thursday).
As host nation, it has already been confirmed the Isle of Man will enter all seven sports.

Over 1,000 competitors from 69 nations are due to take part in the event, which will run from September 7 to 13.

Team Isle of Man general manager Trevor Taubman says athletes have been set tough standards to earn selection:
