Social care warning from petitioner

A petition to Tynwald Hill on the national day claims laws to protect young people risks 'sucking in many people to social care.'

It was handed over by Tristram Llewllyn Jones, a civil liberties campaigner.

He says the approach is not distinguishing carefully enough between those who need social care help and those who don't.
