Cannan reflects on final Tynwald ceremony

Michael MHK David Cannan sounded emotional as he took part in his last Tynwald Day ceremony today.

Mr Cannan has represented the constituency for almost 30 years but will not be seeking re-election in this September's General Election.

Many memorable names have come and gone during his long service . . . but Mr Cannan says his most memorable time in politics may well be during his tenure as Speaker of the Keys.
