Last Tynwald ceremony for President

President of Tynwald Noel Cringle admitted to "mixed feelings" as he prepared for his last Tynwald Day ceremony.

Mr Cringle is standing down after 11 years presiding over the court.

Speaking as he arrived at a rainy St Johns this morning he said he wouldn't really know how he felt about relinquishing the position until later in the day:
