A union chief is praising both sides for 'robust and professional negotiations' in the dispute over bus drivers' terms and conditions.
Seventy-three per cent of drivers yesterday (Friday) accepted a new offer on sick pay, meaning a bus strike, planned for Tynwald Day, next Tuesday, and the following day, has been averted.
