Queenie Festival begins tonight at Port Erin beach

THE Sure Beach Party on Port Erin beach will launch the 2011 Queenie Festival in style tonight (Friday).

 

Starting at 6pm and running through until 11pm, attractions include competitions and games, a family fun area, beach volleyball, beach cricket, a taste of sailing and kayaking and much more.

 

There will also be live music by Stonechase, Mr Eliminator and the Deadly Vipers and DJ Chris Sterio.

 

The action will then move to Port St Mary for the Marine weekend which takes place tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday from 11am to 5pm at Paddy's at the Quayside.
