by isleofman.com 29th June 2011

It's been another busy day at the Island Games in the Isle of Wight for Team Isle of Man.

Lara Ward and Rachel Glover took their second gold, and third team medal, this afternoon in the NSRA 100 Yards Prone Rifle Team event.

In the archery Aalin George and Sarah Rigby have made it through to the final four of the Women's Compound Head-to-Head knockout competition.

Meanwhile Neil Clague has finally had a chance to get out on the sailboard - the conditions haven't been favourable up until now.

Ed Oldham brought us this update from the Medina Leisure Centre where the Isle of Man's swimming team have been in action
