THE ILS Group has held a series of events in the Isle of Man to mark the group's 20th anniversary.
Staff from the British Virgin Islands, Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai, London, Portugal, Switzerland and Uruguay offices visited the Island to mark the occasion.
A number of events were held including an evening reception at The ILS Group's Isle of Man office in Douglas and a cruise to Laxey on the M.V Karina. A new website –www.ilsworld.com – was also launched.
Chris Eaton, chief executive officer of The ILS Group, said: "I am immensely proud of ILS and its staff as we achieve this milestone.
"I have been with the group since its inception in 1991 and I take pride in this special occasion. I would like to acknowledge and thank all the people we have worked with along the way and those who have helped us achieve this landmark occasion. I look forward to the years to come as ILS continues to grow and flourish."
Economic Development Minister Allan Bell MHK said: "Congratulations to The ILS Group on its 20th anniversary.
"ILS has been a very important player in the CSP business now for the last 20 years and I'm delighted to celebrate this landmark occasion with the company and its local and international teams.
"Over the last 20 years ILS, and Chris Eaton in particular, has been at the forefront of working with the Isle of Man Government, Isle of Man Finance and myself to develop many of the strategies and responses to the international pressures which have come our way.
"However time moves on and as we both face fresh challenges I'm very confident by working together and building on our public private relationship, which has done the Island so much good over the years, we will overcome the challenges in the times ahead and both continue to flourish."
