ISLE of Man Creamery says it has launched new sliced and grated cheeses due to demand for more convenient formats of cheese.
It says that sales of grated and sliced cheese have grown in the last 12 months and has introduced grated and sliced mature cheddar and grated and sliced mild cheddar.
Rob Evans, sales director at Isle of Man Creamery, said: "New products are a key part of driving the growth of any business. All of the new products have been based on consumer insight and tailored to the needs of our retail partners.
"Initial sales on the Isle of Man are extremely promising and we have also received orders for the fruit cheeses and grated and sliced products from our agent in Spain. We also have confirmed listings for these products from UK and Irish customers in the coming weeks."
Managing director Findlay Macleod said: "These products have been received extremely well in the market and are testament to the hard work of our colleagues in production, technical and sales and marketing functions. It is a real team effort and I am confident that the new products will herald a period of strong growth for our business."
