An Australian charged with causing the death, by dangerous driving, of a Ballasalla man is due in court this morning (Tuesday).
Forty-two-year-old Craig William Waghorn, was driving a black Alfa Romeo car involved in a fatal collision on the main Douglas to Ballasalla road, near the Fairy Bridge, earlier this month.
Motorcyclist, Robert Arthur Kneale, aged 65, was killed in the crash.
