Police investigations are continuing today (Monday) after a man's body was discovered on the beach at Scarlett in Castletown.
The discovery was made yesterday (Sunday) lunchtime.
Eyewitnesses say the body was found a few hundred yards along the road to Scarlett shortly before midday.
Police have not released any details yet, but it is understood to be the body of a man.
