FAIRBAIRN Private Bank has won two prestigious industry awards in the Professional Adviser International Fund and Product Awards 2011.
The results, which were judged by an independent panel of industry practitioners and experts, saw the bank voted Best International Wealth Provider for the third year running and, in addition, winning a new award for Best International Service Initiative.
The latest accolades mark an 11-year unbroken record of winning achievements at these prestigious industry awards.
The bank won the Best International Service Initiative category with its recently launched ‘segregated services’ project, designed to improve service for both direct and intermediary clients by creating separate dedicated private banking teams.
This increased level of focus has ensured that both direct clients and intermediaries receive specialised attention from individuals who are expert in tailoring investment solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Greg Horton, managing director at Fairbairn Private Bank, said, “I am delighted that we are once again amongst the winners in this year's awards. We are particularly pleased to have retained the title of Best International Wealth Provider for a third year running, as it provides a strong endorsement of our growing investment management service.
“The new award for Best International Service Initiative reflects our continued dedication to providing excellent client service and our mission to put our clients first in all we do. These two awards confirm the consistency of our approach and reaffirm our reputation as one of the leading integrated banking and wealth management brands across the UK and British offshore islands.”
As well as winning the two awards outright, Fairbairn Private Bank was also highly commended under the Best International Bank category.
With 20 outright wins and 16 highly commended awards over the years, Fairbairn Private Bank continues to receive recognition at these awards, which remain the leading accolades devoted to acknowledging the achievements of the international financial services industry.
This year the bank was delighted to celebrate alongside its sister company Fairbairn Trust Company, which won the new award of Best QROPS Provider for its Overseas Pension QROPS.
