More bikers wanted for Joey Dunlop memorial lap

by isleofman.com 22nd June 2011

ORGANISERS of the annual Joey Dunlop Memorial Ride Out are hoping to attract 500 riders to take part this year.

The event will take place on Saturday, July 2 and will start at the TT Grandstand.

Last year 400 bikes and some cars rode past Braddan Bridge House and this year organisers would like to raise this to 500.

Riders who wish to take part are asked to purchase a Joey Dunlop Foundation t-shirt which costs £12. These can be bought from Braddan Bridge House (Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm) or online at www.joeydunlopfoundation.com. They can also be purchased on the day.

The ride out will start at 4pm. Riders who wish to take part are asked to be at the Grandstand for 3pm.
