A MANX flagged Mezeron ship has completed its bi-annual dry docking in Poland.
The MV Silver River has had her propulsion system overhauled and maintenance work carried out to ensure the vessel is fit for her regular Irish Sea routes for the next two to three years.
The ship will now resume her service linking Ramsey with Glasson Dock, Lancashire, and Belfast.
Captain Norman Leece, the managing director of Mezeron, said: "Whilst Silver River was in dry-dock Mezeron chartered the UK flagged MV Bouhou to ensure that our regular Irish Sea service for the Isle of Man was not disrupted.
"MV Bouhou is now returning to her owners in the Channel Islands and all at Mezeron would like to thank the master and all the crew for their professional and friendly work whilst under our charter and wish them bon voyage."
