by isleofman.com 15th June 2011

THE promoters of tomorrow's Elton John concert have said all tickets have now been dispatched.

Residents across the Island should now have received their tickets for the gig which will take place in Noble's Park in Douglas.

Anyone who has purchased general tickets and has still not received them is asked to contact their point of purchase.

An isleofman.com staff member was told their tickets had been dispatched on June 9. They still haven't been received. After spending over 15 minutes on hold to ticket agent See Tickets they were told they would have to collect their tickets from the venue tomorrow afternoon.

Tickets were sold by Ticket Soup, See Tickets and Ticketmaster. Contact details are as follows: Ticketmaster - 08444 999999, See Tickets - 01159 129105 and Ticket Soup - 08443 954000.

Promoters Marshall Arts Ltd yesterday announced that VIP hospitality tickets had been sent by courier to Isle of Man Bay Festival Ltd as the responsibility for the hospitality element of the package still lay with the organisers of the cancelled festival.

Hospitality packages are believed to consist of a champagne reception, buffet and extra entertainment before and after the concert.

Marshall Arts Ltd has said it is their understanding that the Isle of Man Bay Festival Ltd will contact the ticket holders directly to provide both the seat ticket and details of the hospitality arrangements.
