A RIDER who was killed in a fatal road traffic collision on the Mountain Road during practice week has been named.

Justin Winstone, 40, from Bristol was killed in an incident at the Brandywell Junction on Saturday, June 4. 

Police have said his motorcycle left the road at approximately 8.12am and Mr Winstone was pronounced dead at the scene. No other vehicles were involved.

The Coroner of Inquests was informed and an inquest into his death was opened and adjourned on Monday.
