Further talks on VAT agreement

Discussions are continuing between the Isle of Man and the United Kingdom about the VAT revenue sharing agreement.

Chief Minister Tony Brown confirmed the position in the House of Keys today (Tuesday).

The Isle of Man Treasury lost up to ?140 million a year after the arrangement was altered by the UK in 2009, and Mr Brown said if any further change occurred the Manx public would be informed:
