JAMES Ellwood has been appointed to the Board of Momentum Pensions Ltd.

He is a qualified solicitor with business and legal expertise and will oversee all legal matters for the company while developing the groups business in Asia.

Mark Gaywood, managing director of Momentum Pensions, said: "I am delighted to welcome James to the Board and to enter into a close working relationship with James’ company The Law Trust Limited – a trust and corporate service provider licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission.

Momentum Pensions Ltd has also moved into new premises. The company is now based at The Old Courthouse on Athol Street in Douglas.
