Douglas library has launched a new micro-site, accessible via the main borough council website.

It's been put together by staff at the town hall and, among other things, is the place to go to download e-Books.

Douglas residents can join the library free of charge, and chairman of leisure services Stephen Pitts hopes more people will now be encouraged to get on board (list to audio file below):
