ONCHAN MHK Peter Karran will ask more than half of the questions in Tuesday's sitting of the House of Keys.
He is asking 14 of the 22 questions for oral answer and three of the four which require written answer.
Topics up for discussion include the VAT sharing agreement, the International Business School and CinemaNX.
Peter Karran will also ask the Chief Minister Tony Brown MHK how many staff are employed in public relations in each of the government departments and statutory boards and how much money has been spent on public relations in the last three years from each department.
He will also ask Minister for Health David Anderson MHK how many people have been seen at the Genito Urinary Medicine (GUM) Clinic each year since 2007 and how many patients were treated for Chlamydia in the same time period.
Other questions for oral answer will come from Michael MHK David Cannan who will ask the Health Minister whether it is appropriate that the vacancy for the appointment of a chief pharmacist at Noble's Hopsital should only be advertised internally.
He will also ask Infrastructure Minister Phil Gawne MHK if any Island based firms have been given contracts for the preservation work on the Queen's Pier in Ramsey.
Santon MHK Graham Cregeen will ask the Minister for the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture what concerns have been raised over the Countryside Care Scheme.
In questions for written answer Peter Karran will ask the Health Minister how many men have been diagnosed with prostate cancer and testicular cancer in the last five years and how many reciprocal agreements the Island has with the United Kingdom.
He will also ask for a detailed breakdown of the cost of the Richmond Hill development.
